BTS Installation
We carry out installations of self-support towers. Guy masts and rooftops. We also assemble Rapid Deployment units. Out teams doing the erections have upto date work at height certifications, which enables them to deliver and staying safe at the same time. We have installed masts for Eaton Towers, Safaricom Ltd Company Through subcontractors, and also American Towers.
Tower Replacement
From the Tubular Rambol towers, those of Alan Dick, Leadcom towers , name them; we have constructed these towers from the foundation upto erection. In addition , we also carry out decommissioning of old towers. From the capital city of Nairobi, down to the coast, we have delivered.
Solar Installations
We have installed 14 pannel Towertec Solar structures as well as the 10 pannel Leadcom and Greenbow structures. We carry out structure installation, pannel installation, running of cables and final terminations. We also do cut overs for existing services within the site. We have done installations in Ngong Hills Nairobi, Athi River, Bamburi Utange in Mombasa just to name a few.
Site Optimization

Equipment Swap
We have experience in carrying out equipment swaps for both RF Antennas, Dishes and BTS Modules. This job is always time specific and our teams have been able to deliver within the tight schedules. Above shows a picture of our team carrying out equipment Swap in Mamba village site in Nairobi from an old tower to a new one. We carried this work on behalf of Leadcom-is who had contracted us.
DC Upgrade
From Generator Swaps, to New rectifier installations; our teams have carried out numerous shuch activities. We have installed new tenant DCDBs and ACDBs and intergrated them in the existing systems. Our teams have done cut overs without any hitches during these upgrades.
Site Demarcation
We have carried out site demarcations in Eldoret, Makutano in West Pokot and the Lokichar in the Oil rich county of Turkana. With the vast experience gained from these projects, our teams are ready to deliver on such scopes any where within the country.
